Electronic Shareholder Communication
Company legislation allows companies to communicate with shareholders electronically, either via a website or by email. The benefits of communicating electronically are that printing, postage and paper costs are reduced, less impact is made on the environment and information is received more quickly and simply.
Registering for electronic communication enables you to have greater control of your shareholding. Once registered, you will receive an email alert each time a new document is made available. Your email address will not be used for any purpose other than communicating with you as a shareholder.
When registered you will be able to:
- elect how we communicate with you;
- amend your details;
- change the way you receive your dividends; and
- buy or sell shares online.
To register to receive electronic communications you will need your Shareholder Reference Number which can be found on share certificates, dividend vouchers and most other shareholder correspondence.
